Dr. Mona Elkady
Is a medical doctor with a master’s degree in Childhood Studies and a certification in Family Life Education and Coaching from North Carolina State University.
She is also a certified parent educator through several renowned parenting programs, including Positive Discipline, the Positive Parenting Program (Triple P), Attached at the Heart, and Teach Through Love. Additionally, she is a certified Positive Discipline Teacher Educator, equipping both parents and educators with transformative tools and strategies.

Working with parents, teachers, and students in Islamic schools, Dr. Elkady is a passionate parenting and educator coach dedicated to helping families and educators nurture strong relationships and raise resilient, faith-driven children.
She served as the Vice Principal and Dean of Student Affairs at Peace Academy Islamic School in Oklahoma for over a decade, where she also led the student discipline and Tarbiyyah programs. During her tenure at Peace Academy, she initiated and conducted impactful programs for teachers, parents, and students of all ages, laying the foundation for her current parent and educator coaching service.
Today, Dr. Elkady delivers parenting and educator workshops across the nation
And provides one-on-one coaching to clients worldwide. She is also currently working with several Islamic schools and Islamic centers, continuing her mission to equip families and educators with practical, faith-centered strategies that foster emotional well-being, strong relationships, and purposeful growth.
As the mother of two grown children,
Dr. Elkady’s personal parenting journey inspired her to explore positive parenting strategies and deeply understand children’s social and emotional development. This passion led her to her mission of supporting other parents in heir quest to do what is best for their children, insha’Allah.
